I am gifted in helping people adjust their perspective, focus, and mindset, so that they can learn, and grow amidst challenges. Individual Issues include:
- anxiety, depression, Adjustment disorder, ADHD
- anger and resentment
- mid-life crisis
- pregnancy and postpartum
- Codependency- people pleasing, depending on others to feel good about self
- Career burnout, career change
- Recovery
Marriage Counseling:
I help committed couples work through personality and communication differences. Premarital counseling includes talking through current issues, processing expectations for marriage, and understanding what makes a successful marriage. Parents learn how to communicate, understand each other better in their new roles, and share their own personal struggles and frustrations in healthy ways. Marriage counseling is a resource to help bring you and your partner more joy, security and fulfillment in life.
