Beliefs and Background
I do have a personal relationship with God and believe wholeheartedly in His promises, His truth and His power. To simplify beliefs – I believe that the Bible is the infallible word of God, 2 Timothy 3:16,17 “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” As far as my “religious/faith” training and involvement, I attended Palm Beach Atlantic University majoring in Christian Social Ministries with a psychology minor, and then a Social Work Masters program from a Catholic University in Miami FL. I attended the Focus on the Family Institute in Colorado to further study christian worldview, marriage and family studies. I’ve volunteered and have been employed by churches, various ministries and understand the dynamics that come with those organizations. What is important to note is the reality that I don’t have it all together, but I know the One who does.
