I’m Passionate about what I do
In my years of experience working with people, I’ve discovered that I enjoy inspiring others to move past fears, insecurities and pain to move toward the “full and abundant life.” I’ve been through my fair share of ups, downs, surprises, and frustrations in life. I’ve realized for myself and others that it’s often those gut wrenching moments that bring us our greatest opportunities for insight, transformation and growth. I love helping others find the life they were meant to live, living in balance, and peace, often amidst the storms.
While I’m a busy woman myself, as a wife, mother, and business owner, I strive for balance on a daily basis. I try my best to practice what i preach- focusing on my priorities, saying no when it’s needed, letting go of perfectionism and surrendering to God. Some days i do better than others- but it sure feels good to be moving in the right direction, and I want to help you get there too.
Schooling and Experience:
I received my bachelors from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I then attended Focus on the Family Institute in Colorado, studying marriage, and family. Later I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Barry University, and became licensed in the state of Florida. I’ve had the pleasure of helping others at various institutions and settings such as an outpatient mental health hospital, residential ministry, a residential dual diagnosis treatment program, a home based family program assisting women and families through pregnancy and postpartum period, group and private practice.

Why I Coach
I’m passionate about encouraging men to reach their full potential. I understand all too well the struggle to be motivated, take risks, and embrace change when life gets hard. I believe us men are capable of greatness beyond our fears, connection beyond our insecurities, and career achievement beyond what we’ve been told. I love seeing my clients achieve greater confidence, better relationships, increased faith, and more overall life fulfillment.
I was born and raised in New England, the youngest of 4 boys and by the time I was 14, I had lost one of my brothers to AIDS, along with a multitude of other issues. After that, life continued to deal me some bad cards which left me struggling with issues of anger, bitterness, and at times, isolation though i hid it well. This completely shaped my view of God, family, and my relationships going forward. Dealing with loss at a young age is one of the most difficult things I have ever dealt with, but with the help of family, friends, and God, I’ve learned to see the purpose in my experiences.
I am thankful for the lessons I’ve learned in life and want to help others get there faster than I did. Simply put, I’m choosing to learn from failures, prioritize my relationships with friends and family, and enjoy my career.
My Education and Experience
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in History from Palm Beach Atlantic University, minoring in Political Science where I also worked in residential life. I received my Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. My wife and I have worked as house parents to at risk women early on in our marriage. I also had the opportunity to work for a number of years in a leadership role at a large church gaining further understanding and experience in leadership, church/organizational dynamics and challenges. One of my favorite positions was working as a teacher and athletics coach at The Kings Academy in Florida for a number of yeas before I chose to further pursue my passion of helping develop others on a more intentional level as a coach, consultant and speaker. Through the years I have also had the pleasure and privilege of speaking at education conferences and events sharing both information regarding teaching strategies, leadership, and stories of personal growth.
