I’m Passionate about what I do
In my years of experience working with people, I’ve discovered that I enjoy inspiring others to move past fears, insecurities and pain to move toward the “full and abundant life.” I’ve been through my fair share of ups, downs, surprises, and frustrations in life. I’ve realized for myself and others that it’s often those gut wrenching moments that bring us our greatest opportunities for insight, transformation and growth. I love helping others find the life they were meant to live, living in balance, and peace, often amidst the storms.
Getting personal
While I’m a busy woman myself, as a wife, mother, and business owner, I strive for balance on a daily basis. I try my best to practice what i preach- focusing on my priorities, saying no when it’s needed, letting go of perfectionism and surrendering to God. Some days i do better than others- but it sure feels good to be moving in the right direction, and I want to help you get there too.
Schooling and Experience:
I received my bachelors from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I then attended Focus on the Family Institute in Colorado, studying marriage, and family. Later I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Barry University in Miami FL and became licensed. I’ve had the pleasure of helping others at various institutions and settings such as an outpatient mental health hospital, residential ministry, a residential dual diagnosis treatment program, a home based family program assisting women and families through pregnancy and postpartum period, group and private practice.
